The One rep max calculator is used to reach the maximum strength of any individual. It is calculated using the number of repetitions of an exercise and the amount of weight lifted. Usually One Rep Max is calculated using the bench press exercise but in general any exercise can be used.
Using one rep max one can directly get the best figure without having to try and perform the one rep max lift which consists of single repetitions. While calculating your one rep max, it is preferable to load the weights so that you are able to perform around 10 repetitions. The one rep max is based on the exact no of repetitions. One can do less or more than the one rep max.
